This spell has been developed by and for paladins. In critical situations it might become necessary for a paladin to outrun his opponent. Casting it raises the speed of a paladin significantly, allowing for swift footwork during attacking and casting, parralleled by a decrease in overall damage output.
Historia
* Prior to the ✨ Updates/12.55|Vocation Adjustments Update, players could not use this and ✨ Sharpshooter|Sharpshooter spell at the same time. If both have been learnt though, they had to be switched at ✨ Zoltan for 500 gp.
* As announced on {{OfficialNewsArchive|8849|June 16, 2026}}, the ✨ Updates/15.25.3a4a52|Vocation Adjustments Update 2026 now allows attacking and casting while the spell is active, but damage dealt is reduced by 30%. Additionally, the individual cooldown was reduced from 10 to 4 seconds, and the secondary group cooldown from 10 to 2 seconds.
